
Hi, I’m Marlene Sandajan—Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and former Respiratory Therapist. After a decade of working night shifts, I was constantly exhausted and stuck in stress mode—even before 2020.
When I started seeing more research about how harmful shift work can be, I knew I had to make a change. I focused on lifestyle strategies I could control—and over time, I started sleeping better, feeling more rested, more grounded, and better equipped to handle the demands of work and life in general.
Now I help other shift workers do the same.
